We are in the Top 10% in the industry with our Pay Package Options. Staff Average Pay is from $30 to $55+ per hour with tenure. *Salary, Bonus & Credit Tips. Cash tips not included. Exceptional Tip Potential & Clientele. Average Tip $12.32 Best in Market Production Bonus. Staff Average $520 per week. You Can Be Your Best - you get ample time for regular cuts (30min) and fades (45min) so you can do what you do best. Role Requirements Valid State of Arizona Cosmetologist or Barber License Provide exceptional client grooming experience to build your clientele Promote grooming products and hair care options Collaborate innovation and continuous improvement ideas. Desired Skills & Experience 3+ years experience as a cosmetologist or barber Excellent interpersonal and listening skills Positive, adaptable and creative Learn more about the awesome diesel experience!
