Like working outdoors and seeing a real difference at the end of every job? Macomb Power Washing Solutions is hiring Power Washing Technicians. Experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person on professional soft wash and pressure washing equipment and pay you while you learn.

• Pay: $18–$25/hour, based on experience
• Location: Clinton Township, MI, with job sites across Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties
• Job type: Full-time, W-2
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, some Saturdays in busy season; weather can shift the week

What You'll Do

• Soft wash and pressure wash houses, roofs, driveways, sidewalks, decks, fences, and commercial buildings
• Clean gutters and windows on residential and commercial properties
• Mix and apply cleaning solutions safely, following label directions and company procedures
• Protect plants, landscaping, and property on every job
• Set up, run, and maintain equipment: pressure washers, surface cleaners, hoses, reels, and trailer rigs
• Drive the company truck and trailer between job sites
• Walk customers through finished work and take before-and-after photos
  

What We're Looking For

• Pressure washing, landscaping, construction, or other outdoor work experience is a plus, not a must
• Valid driver's license; experience towing a trailer is a plus
• Comfortable on ladders and working at heights
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all kinds of Michigan weather
• Reliable, on time, and detail-oriented
• Friendly and professional with customers
• 18 or older
